Support Triage Process

When you submit a support ticket via our online form or send an email to our inbox, the request is logged in our central help desk system. Requests are routed based on their classification:

Technical issues (such as location verification failures, browser errors, payment failures, or cookie consent resets) are routed directly to our engineering team at Academia Española de Marketing S.L in Madrid for immediate diagnostics.

Raffle compliance & claiming questions (such as ticket validations, draw audit requests, licensing queries, or prize claiming paperwork) are routed to our compliance officer at the Bluewater Gymnastics Club in Sarnia, Ontario, to ensure absolute alignment with local AGCO lottery standards.
