Our raffle drawings operate on fixed schedules authorized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). To help you plan your ticket purchases, we publish the complete timetable showing draw numbers, dates, times, and status. Please review the schedule below:

Strict Purchase Deadlines & Geolocation Rules

All ticket sales close exactly one minute prior to the scheduled draw time, as marked in the table. The digital checkout system is programmed to shut down sales automatically at 6:59 PM Eastern Time. Any transaction that is in progress but not fully authorized by the bank gateway before this cutoff will be cancelled, and no tickets will be generated.

To ensure complete compliance with local provincial regulations, our geolocation servers will time-stamp the exact coordinate checks during the transaction. We recommend that players do not wait until the final minutes to complete purchases, as high transaction volumes near the deadline may cause checkout latency.

The Drawing Process & RNG Certification

Each draw is conducted at the administrative offices of Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia, located in Sarnia, Ontario. We utilize a certified digital Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been evaluated and approved by an independent testing laboratory registered with the AGCO. The digital system ensures absolute randomness and prevents any external tampering.

Every drawing event requires the physical presence of at least two designated club officials and one independent auditor. These witnesses verify that the RNG system is cleared, compile the sales logs, execute the draw, and sign the official witness attestation sheet. This sheet is submitted as part of our post-event regulatory reporting.

Draw Results and Winner Communications

The winning ticket number is posted to our homepage and draw history database within one hour of the drawing. In addition, the winning number and associated jackpot amount are distributed to our mailing lists.

If you hold the winning ticket, you do not need to worry about missing the announcement. Our administration team conducts a manual search of the winner's registry and contacts the ticket holder via phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. We will walk you through the validation process and coordinate the payout.
