1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website ontario-lotto.app and participating in the electronic 50/50 raffle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia, and Academia Española de Marketing S.L. If you do not agree to all terms, you are not authorized to use this website or purchase raffle tickets.
2. Geolocation & Verification Obligations
The raffle is subject to strict location restrictions. You must be physically located in Ontario, Canada, at the exact time of ticket purchase. By using this service, you consent to our use of location-verifying technologies. You agree not to use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, GPS spoofing apps, or any other method designed to hide or misrepresent your location. If we discover you have bypassed these location checks, your entries will be voided, you will be disqualified from receiving any prizes, and your information may be reported to regulatory bodies.
3. Purchase Policies & Financial Terms
All ticket purchases are final. Once your payment transaction is completed and ticket numbers are allocated, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or payment account. You agree not to trigger any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to void any associated tickets, exclude you from future drawings, and take legal steps to recover the disputed funds.
4. Winner Validation & Prize Claims
The drawing is conducted using a Random Number Generator system certified by the AGCO. To validate a claim on a jackpot, the ticket holder must cooperate fully with our audit committee:
- You must present the digital confirmation receipt containing the winning ticket number range.
- You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID to verify that the name matches the purchase logs, and that you are 18+ and live in Ontario.
- You must sign a standard release form confirming compliance with the Rules of Play.
If a winner fails to provide sufficient verification within 180 days from the draw date, the claim will expire, and the prize money will be treated as unclaimed in accordance with the AGCO regulations.
5. Intellectual Property

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of data, transaction latencies, payment gateway failures, or geolocation check discrepancies.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia, Academia Española de Marketing S.L, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of provincial gaming laws, or your misuse of the platform.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these terms must be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.
