   On the scheduled draw date and time, sales will close, and our certified Random Number Generator (RNG) will pull the single winning ticket. The entire process is conducted under the supervision of independent internal auditors and external observers.    If your ticket matches the number drawn, our administration team will contact you directly by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. Raffle Structure & Split Dynamics

The Ontario Lotto operates on a standard 50/50 fundraising model. This means that exactly fifty percent of all gross ticket sales accumulated during the draw window is designated as the prize jackpot. The remaining fifty percent of gross sales is retained by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia. These funds directly support community youth athletics, coach training certifications, facility building maintenance, and subsidized spots for families with restricted sports budgets.

Under Canadian federal tax laws, all lottery and raffle winnings are classified as non-taxable windfalls. If you win the jackpot, you will receive the exact sum specified in the draw announcement without any withholding taxes or deductions.

In the event that the winning ticket holder cannot be reached, the prize money is held in trust for a period of six months from the draw date. If the prize remains unclaimed after six months, the funds will be directed to community sport programs, subject to regulatory approval by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
